My name is George Okwong, am from Akwa Ibom state. The first of two kids, I read French in University of Lagos. I started taking pictures five years ago.

The desire to capture beauty and preserve it forever. My best friend was my camera which i use for everything.
I am blessed to be one of those people who love what I do and do what I love! I just love photography and my inspiration comes from capturing those special moments. I think it is a honor to be able to share these special moments with people and give them photographs that will help them remember and cherish these special times for years to come!
This picture is from a fashion shoot that showcased the creative genius of the stylist Gbubemi Ogisi of IamIsgo and Adebayo Oke Lawal of Orange Culture as well as the graceful models Makida moka and Delphine Okoba.
Fela on Broadway is the most exciting Broadway musical to hit this part of the world and this is one of those ecstatic moments from the show which i believe would look good on any wall.

I like how everyone has a complicated, technology-involving passion these days. All around me, all I see is "i can't breathe without my iPod" "i refuse to bake the cake without my pedometer" i cant live without my best friend the camera. "photography is my passion."
